A practice built on
trust, clarity, and
real change

I am a clinical psychologist practicing in Manhattan, offering psychotherapy and psychological assessment to adults. My work is grounded in psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral approaches, tailored to each person's unique history and goals.

I earned my doctorate from Columbia University and completed postdoctoral training at a major academic medical center. Over the years, I have helped people navigate anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, career transitions, and the deeper questions that often surface in midlife.

My office is located on the Upper West Side, steps from Central Park. Whether you are dealing with a specific challenge or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I offer a space where you can speak freely and be heard.

Therapy that meets you
where you are

I draw from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and relational frameworks — not because any single model is superior, but because different people need different kinds of support at different times.

In our work together, we'll explore not only what brings you to therapy but also the patterns that keep you stuck. Change tends to be gradual and sometimes uncomfortable, but it is also deeply rewarding when it arrives.

  • Psychodynamic and insight-oriented therapy
  • Cognitive-behavioral techniques for symptom relief
  • Collaborative goal-setting at every stage
  • Respect for your pace, culture, and values
  • Evidence-based, ethically grounded practice

Common questions

Call or email me directly using the contact information below. We'll arrange an initial consultation to discuss your concerns and determine whether we're a good fit to work together.

I am an out-of-network provider. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please check with your plan regarding mental health benefits.

It varies. Some clients find relief in 10–20 sessions; others benefit from longer-term work. We'll discuss your goals openly and revisit them regularly so you always know what you're working toward.

My office is at 304 W 75th St, Apt 1A, on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The nearest subway lines include the 1, 2, and 3 trains at 72nd Street.

Absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the therapeutic relationship. I follow all applicable state and federal privacy laws, including HIPAA. The only exceptions involve imminent danger to yourself or others, or suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable adult.

A full psychological assessment typically spans 2–3 sessions, including an intake interview, testing, and a feedback session. You will receive a comprehensive written report within two weeks of the final session.
